Stores not displaying

Hi Support,

The problem now is that we installed the latest version but the plugin doesn’t seem to display the stores on the frontend. We tried importing which doesn’t work, and we tried manually adding the stores, which also doesn’t seem to display the stores on the frontend.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out, if you’ve just upgraded to the latest version, ensure that you deactivate and reactivate the plugin from WP Plugins page, more details available in this post here.

You need to ensure that there’s Google API key added at admin settings page, try to press f12 on your browser to monitor errors that might be appearing in the console and kindly create a new Google API key by referring to the instructions in this article here.

For import, you can create a Google API key (for Import/Geocoding) and follow the troubleshooting guide available in this knowledge base article here.

Also, ensure that your stores lat and long values are not 0,0 otherwise it will not be displayed at frontend.
