Show the stores initially

1- Is not possible to show the stores on the map before the user search something?

Answer: You can set at admin > config (gear icon top right) > Geo IP settings (off) and set a default location

—— I have tried this solution but the embed code show only one store located on the default location box. Is possible to show all the stores initially. I mean to show all the stores when the page is load the first time. on the map and on the list stores

You may want to consider Mega Locator Theme (http://codecanyon.net/item/mega-locator-theme-super-store-finder/11099221) or Super Store Finder for WordPress (http://codecanyon.net/item/super-store-finder-for-wordpress/11334595) which has the show all feature upon loading the map.
