Results style has changed somehow?

    For some reason, my map results style has all changed! I have not touched the plugin settings since I styled everything just how I wanted it.
    Here is the page in question:
    Any ideas before I go through setting it up all over again?

    One thing I can see in settings, is that all of the blank fields are filled in with the text ‘Custom-Field #’. How did all of these get added?
