HI. i realise that when i installed your plug in one of the pages of my wordpress site. That the columns on the front page went awry. ie. they merged into 1.
This reverts to original 3 column layout when plug in is deactivated. any idea of this issue
Hi there,
This is quite a rare case as the plugin is compatible with major themes, I would recommend to use plugin organizer and disable Super Store Finder globally and only turn it on at the store locator page which instructions available here http://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/i-have-conflicting-css-or-javascript-that-caused-my-webpage-to-messed-up-solution-plugin-organizer/
Cheers,
Alex
hi thanks for getting back to me. I tried that option, and it works great – globally it switches it off and the columns return. However, when you switch it on on the logo page. the columns in the footer get messed up as usual but the logos showcase itself doesnt appear. If i then deactivate the plugin organiser on that page. the showcase returns? can you shed any light on why this might be?
Also on a side note, i just noticed when it did return all the logos were replaced with the default image. I went back to logos listing and all the logos had lost their logos i had uploaded (about 40) – they dont seem to be in the media gallery but perhaps never were. Has this ever happened to anyone before?
No worries, the older version were reported to have issues with certain themes, which version are you currently using, also, you can try to download the latest version and reinstall if you’re using a very old version.
If you’re using the latest version but still facing issues, you may need to try to use CSS override, below articles might be able to assist you.
