I’m experiencing an issue on geolocating my stores.
I needed to refresh all my stores’ data, so I deleted all in backend and imported them again using .csv.
The import was ok, I can see all the store’s in backend, but with geocode (0,0).
I tried to deactivate and activate the plugin, but the geocode was still (0,0)
So I clicked on ‘edit’ one store, I checked the address using Tab on keyboard, and the geolocation magically appears. Just saving it, with no changes.
Could you please help me in figure it out?
I have about 200 store. It’s a huge waste of time to open each store one at a time.
Thank you for your support
Thank you for your inquiry, you can create a Google API key (for Import/Geocoding) and follow the troubleshooting guide available in this knowledge base article here http://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/nothing-happens-when-i-click-import-and-geocode/
Once your key is created, you can actually test your API key as per article above to see if they return the address from Google or not.
It is recommended to download / install the latest version from Codecanyon (upgrade instructions) so you can add your Geocoding key via admin settings page, more details available here http://superstorefinder.net/support/forums/topic/super-store-finder-wordpress-patch-5-5-release-google-geocoding-key-field/
