Shortcode is just loading

My shortcode is just loading, in settings I put the API Keys but the schortcode just keeps loading.

Thanks for reaching out, if you press f12, you can see that the xml link here is getting error 404

It could be blocked behind a firewall, you can get your hosting provider to unblock the firewall and assist you.

Alternatively, for better security and performance, you can try the JSON option at admin settings page, more details available in this article here.

Keep monitoring the error in the console by pressing f12, if there’s 404, 403 or 500 error, you may need to request your hosting provider to assist in unblocking the firewalls. More details available in this knowledge base article here.
