Request New Locations – How to make it faster & easier for users

Here’s an example how to add location option from the homepage search bar.
This method will save users extra steps and time and it will auto-populate the add location form with data from the auto-suggest selection (Name, Address, City, State, Country, and Geo Coordinates) that the user has chosen. So here we can see how to make it very easy and quick for user to request add location to the map for admin to review. If location is already on the map, then a GO button instead of ADD. Admin should be able to change words/text for the buttons.

Here is another way to improve ease for users to add locations. If location does not exist the user sees a screen “nearby stores found” but also there could be an option for user to add location that they were searching for. So we get this screen if user has searched using the auto-suggest on home page. If the store does not exist on the map, then “add this location” appears as above.

If the user clicks “Add this Location”, then the location Name, Address, City, State, Country, and Geo Coordinates info is already included in the “add location” form in the next step so user will not need to fill it out again. This will make it so much easier and faster for users to interact especially with mobile devices

And then in the next step where user sees the request location form, it is already including the Name, Address, City, State, Country, and Geo Coordinates so they don’t have to type it in manually.

The goal is to make it very fast, easy and intuitive for users (especially mobile users) to request add location for the admin to review/approve.
