Limit Results

I’ve tried limiting the results based on the this link here

For instance I want to limit the results to 6, so I input LIMIT 0,6 in the two instantnces it shows up in index.php. It does not show in embed.php like the article suggested…however it is close to 3 years old.

Long story short, how can I limit the search results to 6 of the closest stores?

I am using Super Store Finder WordPress v4.3
