Default Location

    Hi,

    I thought by setting a default location (with a radius) then this would be the location the appears on the map every time a visitor starts a session on the webpage. All our stores are within 150kms of Perth, WA, Australia. Therefore this is what I have set as the default location, however it is always jumping back to Massachusetts, USA. Could you let me know how I can fix this problem?

    Hi Paul,

    Ensure that your Default Map Setting above the Default Location is set to Show Specific Location. Yes, if you’ve entered the default location as Perth, WA, Australia, it should be showing stores within 150km of that location.

    If you’re facing issues, you can provide the url of your store locator and temporary WP admin access via the profile page here so our technical team can have a closer look.
