Is it possible to make the category drop down open by default?

Hello,
I have installed plugin in my website and setup everything. It is not showing stores in my page here https://r3stemcell.com/find-doctor/
May be it is due to 404 for the url request i.e. https://r3stemcell.com/wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-xml.php?wpml_lang=&t=1567170428611
Please check & update!

Thanks for the details, upon inspection, it seems that this link here is showing fine, you can click it here https://r3stemcell.com/wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-xml.php

There’s no stores showing, if you’ve just upgraded to version 5.0+, ensure that you deactivate then reactivate the plugin as well as update all add-ons (if available) to the latest version, more details available in this forum post here http://superstorefinder.net/support/forums/topic/super-store-finder-wordpress-patch-5-0-release/

Once deactivate and reactivate, try to check the XML link again to see if there’s any stores showing. If it’s showing but your frontend not showing, you may need to fix all the JavaScript errors in the console (press f12) as screenshot below.
