Can't get categories to show up

    I have a category listed for each store, but when I open up the store finder and expand the categories section, the only option I get it “All Categories”.

    1) url of store locator
    2) description and link to screenshot of the issue
    3) temporary WP admin access
    4) temporary FTP access
