Show All Link on Mobile

1. Go to WP Admin > Super Store Finder > Settings page under Filter Panel, set Show All Link Visible in Mobile to Yes.

2. When clicking on the Filter button on mobile, the Show All link will now be visible on the very top of your Filter Window Pop Up.
