Location Services (Geo Location) Not Working and Solution For All Devices

Firstly, try to check your location services settings in your device as well as Safari browser and ensure they’re enabled.

Next, ensure that your website hosting has HTTPS enabled, more details available here.

The plugin is using Google Maps API location services, which you can try to check if you’re able to get your location here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/geolocation

By right it should be able to detect your location using any device/browser.

Also. press f12 to open your browser console and ensure there are no ‘Mixed Content’ error message. Images, JavaScript, CSS, etc should all be called via https instead of http otherwise it will cause the mixed content error which may cause problem for the site to load in HTTPS which may lead to Geo Location services not functioning properly.
