You can edit js/mega-superstorefinder.js

search for below code:

skeuomorph :  'youarehere.png'

and change it to 

skeuomorph :  ''

Alternatively, you can replace this image /wp-content/uploads/ssf-wp-uploads/images/icons/youarehere.png with just a transparent blank image which will not show the red marker on the map.
