If you’re receiving error 500 / 403 or your store locator has a spinning wheel, try to navigate to below url
www.yoursite.com/yourwpfolder/wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-xml.php and check whether this url is not getting error 500 or Forbidden i.e screenshot below
If you see this error, kindly request your hosting provider to unblock the Firewall and fix the issue for you.
