Loading Infinite Spinning Wheel – Error 500 or 403 – Forbidden (Firewall)

Alternatively, the solution is try to use the JSON option at admin settings page, more details available in this article here.

If you’re receiving error 500 / 403 / 404 or your store locator has a spinning wheel, try to navigate to below url

www.yoursite.com/yourwpfolder/wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-xml.php and check whether this url is not getting error 500 or Forbidden i.e screenshot below

If you see this error, kindly request your hosting provider to unblock the Firewall and fix the issue for you.
