"This page can't load Google Maps Correctly"

We are using Super Store Finder on one of our websites. Location services works fine, if you hit Share my Location it correctly loads on the map. But if you try to enter a zip code in the search box a pop up says “This page can’t load Google Maps Correctly.” Why is one part working and not the other?
