Setting up Territories

We want to use this plugin for my clients sales team which is spread out all over. However, rather than using a proximity search, the sales team is based on the state they are in. So for example, there is a sales rep for NY another one for Pennsylvania. This way if the user searches in Pennsylvania they will only see the Pennsylvania rep even if the NY rep is technically closer by proximity.

is this possible? Can we have specific stores/agents show for a specific designated area and not others?

Thank you for your inquiry, this looks like you will require Grouping customization which allow you to add a list of area/state/group via admin and assign them during store add/edit process, this way you can use the frontend to filter the store based on the area/group instead of proximity.
