map-pin with html character

We have installed the SSF-plugin and it worked fine but there’s one issue we can not solve.
When hovering a ‘map-pin’ you see a pop-up with the name of the store. But when a store’s name has an ‘ (single quote or something) then we see the html code of that character!

How can we fix this?
