Map dont work after new install

Hello Team,

I just put the plugin in my website and filled in all the settings (including a valid Google map API) and some stores, in the front-end I can not drag, move or zoom the map, as well as when I click a marker the letter disappears and the map is static. I dont know what it is going on, can you please help me? If you need some admin access details, just let me know.
