First import hung and created blank stores

Hello,
My fist import of csv date (around 50 stores) seemed to hang and after about 5minutes I clicked out. When I went back in I had several thousand blank stores. I think the importe feautre detected active rows in the .csv file when there were none. Help! I have been deleted 100 stores at a time for the last 15min, how do I prevent similar issues in the future?

Kindly take note that there’s geocoding daily limit by Google, best to do it by batches or performing import on a separate servers. Alternatively, you can also try to use paid Google premium account. More info available in the knowledge base articles below:
