Cannot save Settings

Hi all,
I have this problem: each time I trie to save Settings. When I change some settings and try to save theme, I’m redirected to the home page of the site.
this is what I see now http://www.ilsimbolodellavita.com/boutique/.
The console says there no apy key, but I cannot save it in the Settings.

I have a themeforest theme for my web site, I already tried to disable all the plugins but the problem persisted.

Any suggestions?

1) url of store locator
2) WP admin access
3) FTP access
