Problem with export stores

    Hello,

    I have a problem with export files. When I try to export the stories I look pop-up error.

    Error content:

    The file C: \ Users \ Lenovo \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ lHtzWfMu.csv.part could not be saved because the source file could not be read.

    Please try later or contact the server administrator.

    Do you have an idea how to solve the problem?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your inquiry, it seems from your screenshot that you’re running on local machine and the php/tmp folder might not be writable or not configured correctly. You can refer to this article for more info http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12531408/setting-php-tmp-dir-php-upload-not-working

    We might not be able to troubleshoot if it’s at your local computer, if you upload it at a live server, we might be able to get our technical team to have a closer look.
