I can't add or edit store

    Hi,

    I haven’t been able to add to the list of stores for a few days. I also cannot change the information of existing stores. Anybody else have this problem? No update for a long time. What could be causing the problem?

    I found on my debug.log

    WordPress database error Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the details, looking at the logs, your database may have reached it’s limit, try to open a ticket to get your hosting provider assistance (increase server quota, etc), then deactivate and reactivate the plugin at admin Plugins page before trying to add a new store for testing.

    It’s also recommended to update the plugin and all add-ons to the latest version, more info available in this knowledge base article here.
