Where can I edit the categories?

My latest topic was closed to new replies although it wasn’t solved. Not nice!

1. I still have big problems and need the latest update from January 2020. There’s no entry in my download-list for SSF. Where can I get the files?

2. add_action('init','create_new_pages'); in functions.php still doesn’t work, the whole website is crashed.

3. I have wrong entries in my category-list (frontend). Where can I edit the categories?

Sorry, if my English isn’t that good. Can any user help me?

1. If you have no entry in your Envato account, open a ticket directly at https://support.envato.com and they will be able to assist you.

2. We’ve checked in our code, there’s no code below in the plugin off-the-shelf product, if you’ve added custom code, you may need to consult your previous web developer and this is out of our scope of support.

3. Check your store list, you can select checkbox and enter a tag and press the add / remove tag button. Alternatively, you can check directly in wp_ssf_wp_tags table in phpmyadmin mysql database.
